Southeast Asia and South Asia have become one of the key regions of international political attention in recent years. Their demographic dividends have been gradually transformed into production bases supporting global supply chains over the past 20 years, and the rapid growth of their economic power has created emerging markets across borders and regions. Therefore, based on the Southeast Asian region, we provide our clients with research on Southeast Asian countries, focusing on three levels: regional, national, and ethnic, with both general analysis and country-specific themes.
We especially focus on regional cooperation trends along the southern edge of Asia, such as regional cooperation and exchanges in tourism, agriculture, environment and disasters, trade and finance, information and poverty alleviation, energy, transportation, education, science and technology, security, society and culture, etc.; the regional proliferation of southward policies, such as the establishment of new multifaceted partnerships, the layout of regional policies and strategies; the new partnership from the new southward direction to the Indo-Pacific, such as economic and trade, resource sharing, institutional development, etc. From the new southward direction, we will look forward to a new type of Indo-Pacific partnership from the new south region, such as economic and trade, resource sharing, institutional development and social connection. We also propose new issues from a cross-border perspective in order to further understand and cooperate with the Southeast Asian region.
